Кабінет міністрів України ініціював зміни до законодавства, яке впорядковує обіг електронних цигарок в Україні. Про це на своїй сторінці у телеграмі повідомив прем’єр-міністр Олексій Гончарук.
За його словами, електронні сигарети та новітні тютюнові вироби (тютюнові вироби для електричного нагрівання) прирівняють до інших тютюнових засобів. Через зміни обіг таких цигарок буде регулюватися відповідно до законодавства України: на них поширюватиметься обмеження щодо реклами.
Окрім цього, уряд ініціює заборону куріння таких цигарок у громадських місцях.
“Здоров’я українців має бути захищеним від шкідливого впливу тютюну. Більше того, це європейська практика у сфері регулювання обігу тютюнових виробів”, – додав Гончарук.
