За перший місяць опалювального сезону клієнти ТОВ «Чернівцігаз Збут» майже на 20 млн. грн. збільшили неплатежі за газ. Загальна заборгованість за газ мешканців Чернівецької області перевищила 517 млн. грн., повідомляє пресслужба ТОВ «Чернівцігаз Збут».
Станом на 1 грудня 2019 року борг побутових споживачів Чернівецької області склав 517,2 млн. грн., що на 3,5% більше, ніж на 1 листопада поточного року. Загалом за газ боргують 183 тис. споживачів блакитного палива області. Найбільша заборгованість у жителів м. Чернівці – це 40% від загальної суми боргу. Заборгованість споживачів газу Новоселицького та Вижницького районів складає 16% та 8% відповідно. В порівнянні з минулим роком, борги побутових споживачів збільшилися на 26,5 %.
Задля забезпечення безперебійного газопостачання ТОВ «Чернівцігаз Збут» закликає вчасно сплачувати за спожитий газ, оскільки боржників компанія зобов’язана передати на відключення.
«В нас є споживачі, які заборгували 142 тис. грн, 98 та 66 тисяч гривень. Газопостачання таким споживачам відключено, а матеріали передані на примусове стягнення. І, оскільки, до завершення року залишилося менш як два тижні, ми звертаємося до споживачів природного газу з проханням погасити борги за отримані послуги. Аби не накопичувати заборгованість, радимо вчасно розрахуватися за спожиті об’єми газу, щомісяця передавати показання лічильника та контролювати стан особового рахунку безпосередньо через Особистий кабінет на сайті 104.ua, мобільний додаток 104 Mobile або ж чат-бот 7104ua у месенджері Viber», – розповідає директорка ТОВ «Чернівцігаз Збут» Катерина Параска.
Нагадуємо, що споживачам, які порушили термін оплати за договором до заборгованості буде нарахована ще й пеня. Отримувачам пільг та субсидій наголошуємо, що наявна прострочена заборгованість може призвести до втрати допомоги держави в частині оплати за послуги газопостачання.
