Верховна Рада ухвалила у другому читанні та в цілому законопроєкт №2288 про відтермінування штрафів за порушення ввезення “євроблях” до 31 грудня 2019 року.
Законопроєкт підтримали 285 народних депутатів.
Відзначимо, що 20 вересня Володимир Зеленський підписав закон, який передбачає відтермінування штрафів для власників авто на іноземній реєстрації до 20 листопада 2019 року. Кабмін вирішив відкласти штрафи до 1 січня 2020 року.
Раніше лідер громадської організації “Авто Євро Сила” Олег Ярошевич у коментарі 24 каналу розповідав, що сьогодні в Україні налічуються 800 тисяч авто з іноземною реєстрацією, і на їхніх власників також треба зважати.
До тих, хто не розмитнить свої “євробляхи”, вживатимуть жорсткі штрафні санкції. Штрафи стали значно більші.
– 17 тисяч гривень штрафу – за перевищення від 10 до 20 діб;
– 85 тисяч гривень – за перевищення від 20 до 30 діб;
– 170 тисяч гривень або конфіскація ТЗ – за перевищення більш ніж на 30 діб.
