Творці документальної стрічки “З України до Голлівуду” презентували її в Чернівцях, у Буковинському медіа-центрі Belle Vue.

«Ми мусимо знати, що українці залишили досить помітний слід в історії славнозвісної «фабрики мрій». У фільмі йдеться про 60 персон, котрі так чи інакше долучились до творення шедеврів (в кіностудіях Голлівуду – ред.), хоча в книзі я описав понад сотню таких видатних діячів. … Серед митців є майстри спецефектів, розробники кранів для камер, художники, композитори, актори», – розповів режисер та автор сценарію Станіслав Сукненко.
Він сподівається, що “це наше дослідження стане добрим фундаментом для подальших пошуків”.
Стрічка триває 72 хв. і розповідає маловідомі історії про українців, які мали неабиякий вплив на розвиток голлівудської кіноіндустрії та американського мистецтва загалом.
«Рано чи пізно, але таке кіно мало з’явитись, окремі історії успіху про українців ми чули, але вони існували окремо, а тут задля масштабу всі фабули об’єднались в одну кінострічку», – каже продюсер фільму Олег Щербина.
Як розповіли автори фільму, впродовж двох тижнів п’ятеро фахівців працювали в США. Записали зо два десятки інтерв’ю тривалістю по дві години – у фільм з них увійшли тільки шматочки по 5 хв.
У фільмі розповіді героїв про власні досягнення переплітаються з фрагментами їх приватного життя, спогадів дитинства, кар’єрного сходження.
Як зауважив продюсер Щербина, наразі документальні фільми не мають в Україні популярності, їх мало демонструють в кінозалах.
«Зараз документалку глядач не дуже любить, та й майданчиків у нас мало – 550 екранів по всій країні, тоді як у сусідніх державах – тисячі. Але таку культуру варто прищеплювати, і вчити всіх нас, черпаючи натхнення з таких мотиваційних сюжетів», – каже продюсер стрічки.
Зі свого боку голова Буковинської кінокомісії Владислав Севрюков повідомив, що “у Чернівцях, приміром, жоден кінотеатр не погодився демонструвати стрічку – не побачив у цьому комерційної вигоди”.
«Справді, це не така стрічка, куди піде багато глядачів. … Та окрім фінансової вигоди є й інші категорії, якими варто мислити: за кожним омріяним «Оскаром», за кожною завойованою зiркою на вiдомiй «Алеї слави», за кожним ім’ям у титрах – cамобутнi, непересічні особистості, унікальні майстри свого фаху. І це наші люди, діаспора, емігранти», – наголосив Севрюков.
Режисери документального фільму “З України до Голлівуду” Станіслав Сукненко та Галина Кувівчак-Сахно, продюсери Олег Щербина та Юлія Чернявська. Зйомки відбувались в Україні та США.
Витратили на стрічку 2 млн грн. На широкий загал картина вийде у 2020 році.
