Щоб не проходити огляд на стан сп’яніння, водій намагався надати співробітникам Глибоцького відділення поліції неправомірну вигоду. За такі дії чоловікові загрожує кримінальна відповідальність.
Патрулюючи територію обслуговування, наряд сектору реагування патрульної поліції зупинив автомобіля «Renault» за порушення водієм Правил дорожнього-руху. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Під час спілкування з 56-річним кермувальником, поліцейські виявили у нього ознаки алкогольного сп’яніння. Водій відмовився проходити огляд на стан сп’яніння та запропонував правоохоронцям гроші, щоб «вирішити питання на місці».
Працівники поліції відмовилися від неправомірної вигоди й попередили чоловіка про передбачену законодавством кримінальну відповідальність за такі дії.
Порушник проігнорував застереження поліцейських і поклав кошти до службового автомобіля. Правоохоронці зафіксували неправомірні дії чоловіка та викликали на місце події слідчо-оперативну групу Глибоцького відділення поліції.
За вказаним фактом слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 369 (Пропозиція, обіцянка або надання неправомірної вигоди службовій особі) Кримінального кодексу України.
