Протягом місяця близько сімдесят чоловіків та жінок пройшли відповідну підготовку, зокрема працюючи з базою даних військовозобов’язаних. Головна мета зборів полягала в підготовці фахівців для доукомплектування посад у військкоматах у разі проведення мобілізації.
П’ятеро резервістів, які були залучені в Чернівецький обласний військовий комісаріат з розумінням поставились до виконання обов’язку та сумлінно виконували завдання.
Олександр Вікторович, приватний підприємець, не дивлячись на те, що залишив власні справи, вважає збори важливою підготовкою до ситуації, яка може виникнути будь коли. «Якщо сьогодні в країні відбуваються бойові дії, кожен повинен прикласти хоча б якісь зусилля заради спільної справи», – каже чоловік.
Викладачі педагогічного коледжу ЧНУ Микола Володимирович та Іван Миколайович висловлюють думку, що кожен чоловік повинен бути військово навченим. Нещодавно, умисно не перевдягаючи військову форму, брали участь у студентському заході, аби мотивувати юнаків до майбутньої строкової служби. «Ми постійно пояснюємо хлопцям, що на фронт їх ніхто не відправить, а виконати громадянський обов’язок є справою гідності», – каже Микола Володимирович та зізнається, що він, як і дехто з учасників зборів, замислився над тим, аби укласти контракт та проходити службу в одній з бойових військових частин.
Варто зазначити, що майже всі учасники зборів уклали контракт у військовому резерві та у випадку оголошення мобілізації будуть призвані на службу у військові комісаріати. Протягом місяця за ними зберігалося місце роботи та середньомісячна зарплата. Для резервістів передбачені виплати: для працюючих – 3200 грн., непрацюючих – 5200 грн. та заохочення за підсумками року в сумі 1600 грн.
Контракт у військовому резерві надає ряд переваг, серед яких можливість просуватися по службі, отримувати чергові військові звання, підвищувати кваліфікацію та здобути нову військово-облікову спеціальність. Та що важливо – це дозволяє поєднувати виконання військового обов’язку із звичною професійною діяльністю.
