Своїми діями порушники завдали місцевому лісництву збитків приблизно на 6 тисяч гривень. За фактом крадіжки слідчі розпочали кримінальне провадження.
Під час відпрацювання території району, співробітники Глибоцького відділення поліції задокументували протиправну діяльність двох жителів села Молодія, віком 16 і 19 років. Правоохоронці з’ясували: хлопці викрали з лісосмуги деревину дуба та продали її односельцю на дрова. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Відомості про кримінальне правопорушення слідчі внесли до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 2 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція вказаної статті передбачає покарання у вигляді арешту на строк від трьох до шести місяців або обмеженням волі на строк до п’яти років або позбавленням волі на той самий строк.
