Директор інтегрованого газового бізнесу НАК “Нафтогаз України” Андрій Фаворов заявив, що гарантована ціна газу для населення на перший квартал 2020 року складе 5,5 тисяч гривень за 1 тисячу кубічних метрів. У цю ціну не включено ПДВ і тарифи на транспортування.
Як зазначив Фаворов у коментарі інформаційній агенції “Інтерфакс-Україна”, гарантована ціна базується на ціні законтрактованого “Нафтогазом” обсягу газу у 1 мільярда кубічних метрів із поставкою з 1 січня по 1 квітня 2020 року.
“Зафіксувавши фізичні обсяги та розуміючи, що необхідно запропонувати ринковий механізм для вирішення ринкової проблеми, ми зафіксували ціни за форвардними контрактами на весь перший квартал. Останні обсяги за форвардами зафіксовано 6 грудня. Ми не хотіли раніше оголошувати цю тему публічно, оскільки це досить серйозні обсяги , і вони могли зрушити ціну проти нас”, – пояснив він.
Що таке форвардний контракт? Це договір, за яким одна сторона (продавець) зобов’язується у визначений договором термін передати товар (базовий актив) іншій стороні (покупцеві) або виконати альтернативне грошове зобов’язання, а покупець зобов’язується прийняти та оплатити цей базовий актив.
До слова, нещодавно український уряд встановив фіксовану ціну на газ на весь опалювальний сезон. Таким чином, українці добровільно зможуть обрати: або платити за звичною системою формування ціни щомісяця, або просто по 8 гривень за один кубічний метр газу.
Державне регулювання роздрібної ціни газу для населення включає:
► Ціну газу на ринку як товару.
► Вартість його транспортування / постачання (ці складові регулює Кабмін).
► Вартість доставки газу безпосередньо до споживача (цю складову тарифу встановлює Нацкомісія з регулювання у сферах енергетики та компослуг).
