Сьогодні, 6 грудня, в Україні відзначається День Збройних сил України, встановлений постановою ВРУ в 1993 році, передає УНН.
Напередодні Президент України Володимир Зеленський виступив перед військовими з нагоди 28-ї річниці Збройних сил України.
Глава держави привітав військовослужбовців з професійним святом та подякував за сумлінне виконання обов’язку, за честь, відвагу та героїзм. Він побажав захисникам та їхнім родинам міцного здоров’я, добробуту, незламності духу, нових успіхів і перемог на благо України. Також Президент вручив державні нагороди з нагоди Дня Збройних сил України.
Міністр оборони України Андрій Загороднюк своєю чергою також привітав українських військових.
“Обіцяю робити все, щоби укріплювати боєздатність армії та підвищувати соціальні стандарти для воїнів. Це можливо тільки тоді, коли і країна, і військо рівнятимуться на європейських та євроатлантичних партнерів та їхні стандарти. Нагадаю, що стандарти НАТО – це не інтернет-мем чи кліше, а синонім розвитку та еволюції”, – відзначив він у Facebook.
До привітань приєднався і начальник Генштабу ЗСУ Руслан Хомчак.
“Саме завдяки мужності і героїзму українських воїнів було локалізовано збройний конфлікт на сході України, стабілізовано суспільно-політичну обстановку та створено умови для відновлення територіальної цілісності країни політико-дипломатичним шляхом. Такі значні досягнення є результатом самовідданої ратної праці кожного з вас. Висловлюю подяку всьому особовому складу Збройних Сил України, ветеранам військової служби, представникам волонтерських і громадських організацій за вірність Військовій присязі та високу громадянську позицію”, – йдеться у вітанні Хомчака у Facebook Генштабу.
