Внаслідок наїзду автомобіля травмувався неповнолітній пішохід. З тілесними ушкодженнями дитину госпіталізовано до лікарні. Наразі вирішується питання про відкриття кримінального провадження.
Учора, 5 грудня, вранці на перехресті вулиць Головної-Полєтаєва у Чернівцях трапилась дорожньо-транспортна подія. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
На місці події поліція встановила, що 53-річний водій автомобіля «Peugeot Expert» не встиг вчасно зреагувати на хлопчика, який раптово вибіг на пішохідний перехід, і допустив наїзд.
Зі струсом головного мозку, забоями стегна та гомілки 9-річного потерпілого госпіталізували до лікарні.
Слідчі вирішують питання про внесення відомостей за вказаним фактом до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.
