У МЗС України повідомили, що з 1 березня 2020 року можуть змінитися правила перетину кордону з Російською Федерацією – в’їзд туди стане неможливим за внутрішніми паспортами і свідоцтвами про народження.
Про це в коментарі УНІАН повідомив директор Департаменту консульської служби МЗС України Сергій Погорельцев.
“Уряд має намір скасувати можливість перетину громадянами України державного кордону з Російською Федерацією за внутрішнім паспортом громадянина України та свідоцтвом про народження”, – заявив він.
Дипломат пояснив, що проєкт постанови Кабміну передбачає призупинення дій положень угод з РФ, укладених ще до початку російської агресії. Ці угоди дозволяли перетинати кордон з Росією за наявності внутрішнього паспорта або свідоцтва про народження для осіб до 16 років.
“У разі прийняття урядом постанови з 1 березня 2020 року до громадян України, які перетинають кордон з РФ, будуть застосовуватися положення цього закону в частині паспортних документів, що дають право на виїзд за кордон”, – підкреслив Погорельцев.
Він також зазначив, що внутрішній паспорт-“книжечку” і свідоцтво про народження легко підробити.
“Паспорт громадянина України у формі книжечки має низький ступінь захисту і може використовуватися зі зміненою фотографією під час перетину кордону третіми особами, які вчинили або можуть вчинити протиправні дії, які загрожують державній безпеці і громадському порядку”, – заявив Погорельцев.
Нагадаємо, що в нинішніх правилах безвізового в’їзду в Росію українці можуть пред’явити такі документи: дипломатичний паспорт, службовий паспорт, паспорт громадянина України для виїзду за кордон, проїзний документ дитини, паспорт громадянина України.
2016 року в Раді запропонували припинити угоду про безвізовий режим між Україною і Росією.
