У жителя Путильського району правоохоронці вилучили канабіс. Порушнику загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
Під час відпрацювання території обслуговування Чернівців працівники поліції зупинили 45 річного водія «Chevrolet Aveo» за порушення Правил дорожнього руху. Під час проведення поверхневого огляду автомобіля, правоохоронці виявили згортки із подрібненим листям канабісу.
На місце події одразу виїхали слідчі Шевченківського відділення поліції та вилучили у чоловіка 13 поліетеленових згортків з марихуаною. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Наркотичний засіб направили на експертизу до Чернівецького науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру.
За вказаним фактом слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України.
