Громадські слухання з обговорення проекту міського бюджету відбудуться 2 грудня о 18.00 в сесійній залі Чернівецької міської ради. Ініціатор громадських слухань – міський голова Олексій Каспрук.
З проектом міського бюджету на 2020 рік та пояснюючою запискою до нього можна ознайомитися на сайті міської ради у розділі «Бюджет – 2020» за посиланням.
26 листопада тут буде представлено наглядну графічну презентацію проекту бюджету.
До участі у громадських слуханнях запрошуються народні депутати, депутати, члени виконавчого комітету міської ради, посадові особи виконавчих органів міської ради, фахівці з питань державних фінансів, експерти, представники трудових колективів та громадськості, засобів масової інформації, чернівчани.
Для реєстрації учаснику громадських слухань необхідно пред’явити паспорт громадянина України або інший документ, який посвідчує особу. Право голосу на громадських слуханнях мають тільки повнолітні громадяни, які зареєстровані у межах міста Чернівці.
Чернівчан закликають не бути байдужими та долучитися до обговорення, формування основного бюджетного документу міста, за яким громада буде жити і працювати у 2020 році. Усі пропозиції, підтримані учасниками громадських слухань, виносяться на розгляд міської ради під час затвердження міського бюджету або внесення змін у ході його виконання.
