Чоловіків та транспортний засіб, на причепі якого були завантажені пакунки з незаконно переміщеним товаром, затримав прикордонний наряд відділу «Кельменці» сьогодні вранці, 28 листопада. Затриманими виявилися два 31-річні мешканці населено пункту Новоселиця, Кельменецького району. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецького прикордонного загону.
Затримані жодних документів на рослини не мали й пояснити їхнє походження не змогли. Про те, зі слів правопорушників стало відомо, що в 6 пакунках знаходяться саджанців троянд. За попередньою інформацією кущі роз мали реалізовуватись на ринках Чернівців, а можливо ще й на торгових точках сусідніх областей. На даний час тривають заходи щодо встановлення вартості та кількості переміщених саджанців.
Варто сказати, що групою реагування, яка перевіряла державний кордон, виявлено зароблену доріжку слідів через контрольно-слідову смугу. Також неподалік українсько-молдовського кордону прикордонники знайшли відбитки шин легкового автомобіля.
Щодо затриманих то їм загрожує адміністративна відповідальність, за незаконне перетинання або спробу незаконного перетинання державного кордону України.
Тривають заходи з встановлення всіх обставин протиправної діяльності.
