Нелегальний експорт лісопродукції на Близький Схід на майже 2,8 мільйона гривень попередила СБУ
Незаконне переправлення оптових партій лісоматеріалів до однієї з країн Близького Сходу попередила у Чернівецькій області Служба безпеки України. Про це повідомляє пресслужба УСБУ в Чернівецькій області
Троє комерсантів та довірена особа фірми-експортера організували механізм протиправного переміщення лісопродукції за кордон. Ділки нелегально скуповували протиправно зрубані на територіях місцевих лісгоспів дерева для виготовлення пиломатеріалів. Технологічна обробка лісосировини проводилась на пилорамі підприємства, афілійованого з фігурантами справи.
Для легалізації готової продукції та оформлення митної документації вони застосовували схему подвійного використання товарно-транспортних накладних підприємців з інших регіонів. Переправляти товар через кордон зловмисники планували вантажівками.
Під час обшуків на території складів, виробництва та у транспортних засобах фігурантів справи правоохоронці вилучили партію лісопродукції вартістю майже 2,8 мільйона гривень.
У межах кримінального провадження, розпочатого за ч. 3 ст. 191 (привласнення, розтрата майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем) Кримінального кодексу України, тривають слідчі дії для притягнення до відповідальності всіх осіб, причетних до оборудки.
Викриття та блокування протиправної діяльності проводилось на виконання підписаного Президентом України Закону «Про внесення змін до деяких законів України щодо заборони суцільних рубок на гірських схилах в ялицево-букових лісах Карпатського регіону», за участі поліції та під процесуальним керівництвом обласної прокуратури.
