Петиція щодо позиції «проти» спорудження культової будівлі на площі Пресвятої Марії набрала 258 голосів. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецької міської ради.
Згідно п. 1.2 розділу ІІІ «Положення про електронні петиції у місті Чернівцях», звернення буде зареєстровано та розглянуто в порядку, передбаченому для розгляду звернень громадян виконавчим органом міської ради та невідкладно передано відповідному органу чи посадовій особі.
Згідно п. 2.1 розділу ІІІ «Положення про електронні петиції у місті Чернівцях», електронна петиція буде розглянута впродовж 10 робочих днів з дня оприлюднення.
Згідно п. 3.1. розділу ІІІ «Положення про електронні петиції у місті Чернівцях», електронна петиція після її реєстрації розглядається органом або посадовою особою, яким вона подана.
На розгляд запрошується ініціатор, якому надається право представляти свою електронну петицію. Ініціатор може делегувати право представляти свою електронну петицію представнику.
