Першотравневий районний суд м. Чернівці виніс вирок чоловіку за обвинуваченням у незаконному збуті наркотичних речовин, вчиненому повторно.
Під час судового розгляду встановлено, що, у грудні 2017 та упродовж квітня-травня 2018 року, молодик, перебуваючи у Чернівцях, збував громадянам канабіс. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Свою вину обвинувачений не визнав, проте прокурор Чернівецької місцевої прокуратури надав суду достатньо доказів щодо вчинення ним кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч.2 ст. 307 КК України (незаконне придбання та збут наркотичних засобів).
Суд засудив чоловіка до 6 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна, окрім житла.
