Міністерство внутрішніх справ та Міграційна служба ввели нові стандарти фотографування на документи. Зміни прийняли для того, щоб врахувати інтереси та релігійні традиції представників усіх віросповідань.
Фотографії у головному уборі допускають на паспорт громадянина України, паспорт для виїзду за кордон та посвідки на тимчасове або постійне проживання, йдеться на сайті відомства.
У МВС наголошують, що фото у головному уборі допускається, якщо особа носить головний убір у повсякденному житті за релігійними переконаннями.
МВС дозволило фотографування у:
- головних уборах;
- штучних предметах;
- матеріалах на підставі медичних показань (наприклад окуляри).
Водночас, головні убори не повинні змінювати форми окремих частин обличчя (чоло, вилиці, щоки, підборіддя, очі), закривати обличчя та підборіддя, проходити по контуру лінії росту волосся, закривати вуха та шию.
До речі, вартість оформлення біометричних паспортів та паспортів у вигляді ID-картки підвищилася з 1 липня 2019 року.
