На одному із приватних підприємств міста Чернівців, чоловік викрав мобільний телефон. Своїми діями зловмисник завдав збитків на 30 тисяч гривень. Порушнику загрожує до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
Під час відпрацювання території обслуговування, працівники Чернівецького відділу поліції отримали інформацію про крадіжку мобільного телефону працівника приватного підприємства міста. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Правоохоронці виїхали на місце події та встановили, що місцевий житель знаходячись на робочому місці в цеху залишив без нагляду власний мобільний телефон чим і скористався злочинець.
За допомогою проведених першочергових оперативно-розшукових дії оперуповноважений карного розшуку Чернівецького відділу поліції встановив особу крадія. Ним виявився 57-річний співробінтник цього ж підприємства.
Речові докази вилучено.
За вказаним фактом слідчі розпочали кримінальне провадження за частино 1 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України.
