Уже вдруге за пів року на вулиці Південно- Кільцевій, 21 у Чернівцях відключають газ з причини « несправності крану».
Про це на своїй сторінці у Facebook повідомив депутат Чернівецької міської ради Михайло Яринич.
«ПАТ « Чернівці газ» з острахом чекає створення комунального підприємства, яке обслуговуватиме внутрішньобудинкові газові мережі та всілякими способами намагається якомога більше будинків змусити підписати з ним договір на обслуговування .
Якщо є аварійний виток газу, то чому не повідомляють мешканців, де саме?», – йдеться у дописі.
Депутат наголосив на тому, що чернівчани можуть:
- Укладати договір з оператором газорозподільчих мереж (далі ГРМ) напряму з кожним окремим власником квартири/нежитлового приміщення багатоквартирного будинку (далі БКБ).
- Договір є публічним договором приєднання, згідно з Типовим договором, який затверджується НКРЕКП.
- Ціна договору визначається оператором ГРМ самостійно в межах граничної ціни, встановленої НКРЕКП.
- Межі відповідальності оператора ГРМ за технічне обслуговування (ТО) внутрішньобудинкової системи – від зовнішньої поверхні стіни будівлі до точки приєднання житлового (нежитлового) приміщення.
- Потреби в погодженні/підписанні з боку співвласників будь-яких актів, відомостей, тощо немає.
- Перелік складових та періодичність ТО затверджує Міненерго.
- Принцип розподілу плати – лише за кількістю квартир і нежитлових приміщень, які на 1 січня є приєднаними до газопостачання.
- Відключення від газопостачання за борги допускається лише стосовно окремих квартир/нежитлових приміщень-неплатників.
«За бажанням співвласників БКБ, як альтернатива базовій моделі, може бути застосована “вільна” модель з будь-яким суб’єктом (за наявності у нього відповідних дозволів на проведення робіт) з ціною та умовами на договірних засадах», – додав Яринич.
