Чоловік зберігав пістолет без передбаченого законом дозволу. Вилучену зброю правоохоронці направили на експертизу.
У селі Магала Новоселицького району чоловік розгулював по вулиці з пістолетом в руках.
Опитавши очевидців, правоохоронці встановили особу 31-річного жителя села Магала, під час проведення огляду території його господарства у сарайному приміщенні поліцейські виявили пістолет та набої нього. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
За вказаним фактом слідчі Новоселицького відділення поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 263 (Незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами) Кримінального кодексу України.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування.
