На Буковині прикордонники спільно з поліцією викрили транскордонного злочинця, якого вже понад рік розшукував «Інтерпол».
Іноземця правоохоронців затримали вчора, 15 листопада, на одній із вулиць Чернівців, реалізуючи оперативну інформацію співробітників прикордонного відомства. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Західного регіонального управління Держприкордонслужби України.
Дії спільної міжвідомчої групи, з-поміж прикордонників оперативних підрозділів Західного регіонального управління, співробітників Головного управління Національної поліції та Управління державної міграційної служби України в Чернівецькій області, були зумовлені в рамках спільних профілактичних заходів «Мігрант», які спрямовані на виконання законодавства в міграційній сфері.
Аби унеможливити втечу правопорушника до затримання був залучений мобільний підрозділу типу «С» Чернівецького загону. В результаті проведеної роботи правоохоронці затримали 49-річного громадянина Румунії, який за фінансові махінації та причетність до транскордонного злочинного угрупування розшукувався правоохоронцями Європейського союзу.
Наразі правопорушника доставили до Головного управління Національної поліції та вирішується питання щодо його передачі правоохоронним органам Румунії.
