Президент України Володимир Зеленський підписав Закон “Про внесення змін до деяких законів України щодо управління безпекою автомобільних доріг” № 200-ІХ, який передбачає проведення аудиту безпеки на дорогах за європейськими директивами. Про це повідомила пресслужба глави держави.
“Документ розроблено з метою імплементації положень європейських директив щодо аудиту безпеки автомобільних доріг загального користування”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
Як зазначили в Офісі Президента, закон вносить зміни до законів України “Про дорожній рух” та “Про автомобільні дороги”, запроваджуючи поняття “економічні втрати у зв’язку із загибеллю або пораненням (травмуванням) людей внаслідок дорожньо-транспортних пригод”.
Закон зобов’язує проводити аудит з безпеки автомобільних доріг на етапі їхнього проектування, після введення їх в експлуатацію, а також під час використання. Перевірка стосується доріг міжнародного та національного значення.
Як стверджується у пояснювальній записці до закону, за даними Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я, автомобільні дороги України є одними з найбільш небезпечних для учасників руху. Ризик травмування або загибелі людей у 5-6 разів вищий, ніж у розвинених європейських країнах. Розробники закону переконані, що завдяки закону на українських дорогах підвищиться рівень безпеки, знизиться тяжкість наслідків ДТП.
