Після відкриття ринку землі ціна одного гектара, в залежності від моделі ринку, може сягнути 2200 доларів.
Про це розповів заступник міністра економіки Тарас Висоцький в інтерв’ю Радіо НВ.
“Наші розрахунки показують, що якщо ми застосовуємо запропоновану модель, яка чинна – це буде в середньому 2200 доларів еквівалент за гектар. Якщо виходити з обмеженої моделі, з обмеженнями, це буде максимум 1500. Ось ціна обмежень (те, що називається “лише українці купують”),”– розповів він.
До слова, 11 листопада, Президент України Володимир Зеленський записав відеозвернення до громадян, в якому назвав закріплене в Конституції право власності на землю “одним з найбільших обманів, які посіяли у свідомості громадян”, а також нагадав, що права продавати землю не мають також громадяни Північної Кореї, Таджикистану, Венесуели, Конго та Куби.
Президент також заявив про правки, які мають внести до законопроєкту, згідно з якими купувати землю зможуть тільки українці та українські компанії. А от питання ринку землі для іноземців Володимир Зеленський запропонував винести на всеукраїнський референдум.
