У Чернівцях місцевий житель зберігав при собі канабіс. Порушнику загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
Патрулюючи територію міста поліцейські зупинили підозрілого чоловіка який знаходився у стані алкогольного сп’яніння.
Під час проведення поверхневого огляду правоохоронці виявили та вилучили у 28-річного місцевого жителя пластиковий контейнер з канабісом. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Наркотичний засіб направили на експертизу до Чернівецького науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру.
Слідчі Шевченківського відділення поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження за ознаками частини 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України.
