Водій намагався уникнути адміністративної відповідальності. За вказаний злочин чоловікові загрожує до чотирьох років позбавлення волі.
Під час патрулювання території обслуговування в селі Мамаївці Кіцманського району поліцейські зупинили 60-річного водія «Fiat Doblo» за порушення Правил дорожнього руху.
Під час складання адмістративної постанови співробітники поліції помітили у порушника явні ознаки алкогольного сп’яніння. Правоохоронці запропонували водієві пройти перевірку на стан сп’яніння за допомогою приладу «Drager». Однак, чоловік вирішив уникнути відповідальності та запропонував працівникам поліції грошові кошти у сумі тисячу двісті гривень. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Поліцейські відмовилися від грошей і попередили чоловіка про неприпустимість протиправної поведінки та передбачену законодавством кримінальну відповідальність.
Проігнорувавши застереження правоохоронців, зловмисник поклав кошти до службового автомобіля. Поліцейські зафіксували неправомірні дії, повідомили керівництво та викликали на місце події слідчо-оперативну групу Кіцманського відділу поліції.
За вказаним фактом слідчівнесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 369 (Пропозиція, обіцянка або надання неправомірної вигоди службовій особі) Кримінального кодексу України.
