Вироком Шевченківського районного суду м. Чернівці до чотирьох років двох місяців позбавлення волі за зберігання наркотиків засудили 32-річного в’язня Державної установи «Чернівецький слідчий ізолятор».
Так, 15 серпня, працівники ДУ «Чернівецький слідчий ізолятор», у ході проведення огляду засудженого, який відбуває покарання за розбійний напад та шахрайство, виявили в його спідній білизні паперовий згорток з метадоном. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Суд, на підставі ч.1 ст.71 Кримінального кодексу України, частково приєднав обвинуваченому невідбуту частину покарання за вироком Шевченківського районного суду м. Чернівці від 16 квітня 2019 року, та засудив зловмисника до семи років трьох місяців позбавлення волі.
