Шостий апеляційний суд Києва 11 листопада ухвалив рішення про продовження ліквідації Київської патріархії Української православної церкви, повідомляє Релігійна правда.
Зауважимо, що під час засідання прихильників владики Філарета штурмували будівлю суду, розтрубили двері, меблі і побилися з правоохоронцями.
Суд вирішив скасувати попередню ухвалу щодо забезпечення позову, тобто повністю став на бік Міністерства культури і Православної Церкви України.
Як пояснили представники Мінкульту в суді, раніше позовами до Окружного адмінсуду про забезпечення позову юристи владики Філарета “підвісили” справу щодо ліквідації УПЦ КП. Але зараз усе розблоковано й нічого не забороняє реєстраторам міністерства, після звернення ліквідатора – завершити процес ліквідації. Тобто зробити зміни в реєстрі – з “в процесі припинення” на “припинено”.
“Ліквідація Патріархії Київського Патірархату вже йде. Є ліквідаційна комісія та її голова – митрополит Черкаський і Чигиринський Іоан (Яременко). Фактично сьогодні судом було визнано те, що владика Філарет вже не є чинним керівником Патріархії, а всі ліквідаційні дії має здійснювати саме ліквідатор Іоан Черкаський”, – пояснив представник Мінкульту.
