У Чернівецькій області прикордонники затримали групу осіб, що в незаконний спосіб вирубувала ліс неподалік україно-румунського кордону. За незаконне вирубування дерев чотирьох буковинців затримали прикордонники відділу «Порубне», вчора 31 жовтня. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецького прикордонного загону.
Місцеві мешканці, здійснювали вирубку твердих порід дерев, за 900 метрів від кордону. Лісорубів прикордонники виявили коли ті на трьох підводах та мінітракторі «Прикарпатець» транспортували деревину. Жодних документів чоловіки не мали, а ні необхідних дозвільних на вирубку лісу, а ні які б засвідчили їх особу.
За даним фактом проінформовано представників Національної поліції, які і прибули на місце протиправної діяльності для проведення слідчих дій. За порушення прикордонного режиму на чоловіків складено адміністративні протоколи згідно з ст. 202 КУпАП. Заходи щодо встановлення всіх обставин правопорушення проводяться представниками Глибоцького відділення поліції.
