Дев’ятнадцятирічного буковинця, який вбив співмешканця своєї матері засудили до шести років позбавлення волі. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Наприкінці листопаду минулого року в хлопеця виникла суперечка зі співмешканцем своєї матері, 31-річним мешканцем села Зелений Гай Новоселицького району. Він ухопив дерев’яну палицю та побив чоловіка.
Від отриманих травм постраждалий помер на місці.
Сторожинецька місцева прокуратура підтримала обвинувачення у кримінальному провадженні за фактом умисного вбивства. Обвинувачений свою вину у вчиненні злочину визнав повністю. За скоєне Сторожинецький районний суд засудив молодика на 6 років позбавлення волі.
