Сьогодні, 31 жовтня, на спецлінію «102» надійшло повідомлення, що в селі Лопушна в одному з місцевих магазинів відвідувач здійснив словесну суперечку з продавчинею магазину.
Отримавши повідомлення про суперечку, поліцейські Вижницького відділення поліції прибули на виклик для врегулювання конфліктної ситуації. Під час спілкування з правоохоронцями 47-річний чоловік поводився агресивно і зухвало. Здійснюючи супротив порушник накинувся з кулаками та наніс тілесні ушкодження поліцейському. Про це повідомила пресслужба поліції Чернівецької області.
Слідчо-оперативна група Вижницького відділу поліції задокументувала правопорушення та опитала свідків події.
Наразі за вказаним фактом вирішується питання про внесення відомостей до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 2 статті 342 (Опір представникові влади, працівникові правоохоронного органу, державному виконавцю, приватному виконавцю, члену громадського формування з охорони громадського порядку і державного кордону або військовослужбовцеві, уповноваженій особі Фонду гарантування вкладів фізичних осіб) Кримінального кодексу.
