Чоловік підозрюється в умисному вбивстві своєї односельчанки, поєднаному з її зґвалтуванням. На момент вчинення злочину затриманому було 22 роки, його жертві – 65. За скоєне йому загрожує довічне ув’язнення.
У квітні 2008 року в одному із сіл Сокирянського району сталося вбивство 65-річної місцевої жительки. На тілі потерпілої поліцейські виявили численні тілесні ушкодження у вигляді синців і саден, а також колото-різані поранення в області шиї. В процесі досудового розслідування правоохоронці встановили, що перед убивством пенсіонерку зґвалтували. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
За результатами проведених слідчих дій одразу встановити особу злочинця не вдалося. Під час розтину тіла загиблої виявили чужорідні для неї біологічні сліди, залишені злочинцем під час зґвалтування. Згодом, завдяки якісно проведеній судовій молекулярно-генетичній експертизі, встановили ДНК-профіль цих біологічних слідів.
Упродовж 11-ти років слідчі та оперативники крок за кроком встановлювали особу злочинця, проводячи значну кількість слідчих дій і судових експертиз. Зокрема, перевіряли коло визначених осіб на причетність до вчинення злочину та поступово, по мірі отримання результатів розслідування, це коло розширювали.
Так, минулого року до переліку осіб, які на думку поліцейських могли бути причетними до вбивства пенсіонерки, потрапив і один з односельців загиблої. У 2008 році він проживав неподалік від її будинку, а згодом одружився та переїхав до іншої області.
Перевіряючи цього чоловіка на причетність до вчинення злочину, слідчі спільно з оперативниками провели низку необхідних заходів для відібрання у нього біологічних зразків. Виділений з них ДНК-профіль експертним шляхом порівняли з ДНК-профілем, виділеним з біологічних слідів, виявлених під час розтину тіла потерпілої. За результатами проведеної експертизи судові експерти встановили, що обидва ДНК-профіля походять від однієї людини. Щоб переконатися у правильності зроблених висновків, провели повторні експертні дослідження, які підтвердили точність попередніх.
Враховуючи висновки зазначених експертиз, а також інші здобуті докази, слідчі Слідчого управління ГУНП в Чернівецькій області з’ясували: перебуваючи в стані алкогольного сп’яніння, чоловік прийшов вночі до потерпілої, напав на неї з кулаками і проти її волі вступив у статеві зносини.
Одразу після цього зловмисник наніс пенсіонерці тяжкі тілесні ушкодження у вигляді колото-різаних ран тулуба і шиї. Внаслідок отриманих травм потерпіла втратила велику кількість крові та померла.
Оперативники Управління карного розшуку ГУНП встановили місцезнаходження зловмисника. 25-го жовтня слідчі оголосили йому про підозру у скоєнні злочинів, передбачених статтями 152 (Зґвалтування) та 115 (Умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України. Суд обрав підозрюваному запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою. Наразі триває досудове розслідування.
