Також санкції будуть застосовувати у разі перевезення дітей до 16 років у кузові вантажівки, а групи дітей – уночі.
Верховна Рада ухвалила закон України «Про внесення змін до Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення щодо встановлення відповідальності за порушення правил перевезення дітей» (№ 1150), передає УНІАН.
Як передає кореспондент УНІАН, за це рішення проголосували 332 народних депутатів.
Позафракційний депутат Дмитро Шпенов під час представлення проекту зазначив, що законом встановлюється адміністративна відповідальність за порушення правил перевезення дітей.
Він наголосив, що за даними Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я, використання дитячих автомобільних крісел знижує ризик отримання травм в ДТП на 70%, а смертності – на 54%.

Також Шпенов зазначив, що законопроектом встановлюється штраф за порушення правил перевезення дітей у розмірі 510 грн, за повторне правопорушення – 850 грн.
У пояснювальній записці звертають увагу, що у Правилах дорожнього руху визначено: “забороняється перевозити дітей, зріст яких менш як 145 см або тих, що не досягли 12-річного віку, у транспортних засобах, обладнаних ременями безпеки, без використання спеціальних засобів, що дають змогу пристебнути дитину за допомогою ременів безпеки, передбачених конструкцією цього транспортного засобу; дітей до 16-річного віку – в кузові будь-якого вантажного автомобіля; організовані групи дітей у темну пору доби”.
За офіційними даними Національної поліції, щороку на дорогах України гине не менш як 3,5 тис. людей та травмується не менш як 35 тис., чималу частку серед постраждалих становлять саме діти.
Батьки забувають, що ігнорування встановлених правил перевезення дітей, а особливо щодо користування автокріслами, може призвести до загибелі дитини.
Наголошується, що в Україні власники автівок використовують дитячі крісла лише для 12% дітей віком до 6 років, та майже ніколи для старших дітей, про що свідчать результати всеукраїнського опитування, проведеного дослідницькою компанією Ipsos.
Варто зазначити, що за недотримання правил безпечного перевезення дітей у Німеччині порушники платять штраф у розмірі 60 євро, Чехії – 78 євро, Естонії – до 400 євро, Польщі – 35 євро.
