На Чернівчанина що переходив вулицю у невстановленому місці наїхав автомобіль.
Учора, 28 жовтня, на спецлінію «102» надійшло повідомлення про дорожньо-транспортну пригоду з потерпілим. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Прибувши на місце події працівники Шевченківського відділення поліції встановили, що приблизно о 19 годині по вулиці Заставнянській у Чернівцях водій керувавши автомобілем “Mitsubushi Lancer” допустив наїзд на 63-річного місцевого жителя, який переходив проїжджу частину дороги у невстановленому і неосвітленому місці.
Внаслідок автопригоди чоловік отримав тілесні ушкодження “закритий перелом шийки стегна” та був госпіталізований до лікарні швидкої медичної домопоги міста Чернівці.
За вказаним фактом поліцейські внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.
За вчинене правопорушення водію загрожує обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років.
