Держаудитслужба у 2019 році провела ревізію фінансово-господарської діяльності ДЖКГ за 2016-2019 роки. Під час ревізії встановили фінансових порушень на суму 6,9 млн.грн. (у тому числі незаконних витрат на 1,9 млн.грн.).
Держаудитслужба встановила, що 13 підрядників завищували вартість матеріалів та інших статей витрат у актах приймання виконаних робіт. Про це повідомляється на Facebook сторінці «Центру реформ та розвитку – Чернівці».
У підсумку ДЖКГ незаконно перерахував цим підрядникам 1,85 млн. грн. Найбільші суми по завищенню вартості робіт, які виконували наступні фірми:
- 1.ТзОВ «ЛК Машинері» – 539,9 тис.грн.;
- 2. ТзОВ «Компанія Євродор» – 450,2 тис.грн.;
- 3. ПП «Алекс Промбуд» – 387,0 тис.грн.;
- 4. ТзОВ «ПБС» – 327,9 тис.грн.;
- 5. ТОВ «Будівельник 2020» – 60,1 тис.грн.;
- 6. ТДВ «ШБУ-60» – 32,5 тис.грн.;
- 7. ТОВ «Будторгінвест» – 23,2 тис.грн.
На сьогодні більша частина цих сум (1,34 млн.грн.) повернута до бюджету. Невідшкодованими залишаються 623,9 тис. грн. (в тому числі ТзОВ «Компанія Євродор» 398,3 тис. грн. та ПП «Алекс Промбуд» – 105,9 тис. грн.).
За 2016-2019 роки ДЖКГ всього профінансував заходів на реалізацію бюджетних програм на суму 1,35 млрд. грн. Цікаво, яка частина цих коштів реально пішла на оплату робіт та послуг за завищеними цінами? Адже завищення підрядниками вартості матеріалів чи послуг лише на 30% призводить до марнотратства понад 400 млн. грн. коштів бюджету Чернівців.
