Систему нового шкільного харчування, яку планують запровадити наступного року в школах Чернівців, презентують керівникам батьківських організацій , 23 жовтня в шкільній їдальні ЗОШ №28.
Батьки, керівники шкіл, представники учнівського самоврядування зможуть ознайомитися з різними варіантами страв, які пропонують включити до меню шкільних сніданків та обідів. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецької міської ради.
Презентувати страви будуть колективи підприємців, які надають послуги з організації шкільного харчування.
Усі страви приготовлені за збірником рецептурних страв для харчування дітей шкільного віку в організованих освітніх та оздоровчих закладах, який рекомендований Міністерством освіти та науки, Міністерством охорони здоров’я України та має висновок Державної служби України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
Автор збірника кулінарний експерт, випускник французської школи кулінарії Le Cordon Bleu та автор проекту «Нове шкільне харчування» – Євген Клопотенко.
Зміни в організації харчування спрямовані на формування у школярів культури харчування, правильних харчових звичок, основ здорового харчування та здорового способу життя.
До участі у презентації запрошуються також представники ЗМІ, члени виконавчого комітету, депутати міської ради.
Захід відбудеться 23 жовтня о 17.00 в шкільній їдальні ЗОШ №28 на вул.Руська,257 а.
