У Чернівцях 16 підприємств та 7 ФОПів у період з 1 жовтня 2010 до 1 вересня 2019 року отримали дозволи на монтаж, демонтаж, налагодження, ремонт, технічне обслуговування, реконструкцію машин, механізмів, устаткування підвищеної небезпеки, а саме технологічного устаткування, лінійних систем та їх елементів систем газопостачання природним газом суб’єктів господарювання та населених пунктів, а також газовикористовуючого обладнання потужністю понад 100 кВт.
А загалом в Чернівецькій області за цей період видано 42 таких дозволи. Інформацію надало управління Держпраці у Чернівецькій області на запит департаменту житлово-комунального господарства міської ради.
У Чернівцях монтаж, демонтаж, налагодження, ремонт, технічне обслуговування технологічного устаткування систем газопостачання природним і зрідженим газом суб’єктів господарювання та населених пунктів, окрім ПрАТ «Чернівцігаз», можуть проводити ПП «Універсальна проектно-будівельна група «Сіті Строй», ПП «Виробничо-комерційна фірма «Ритм-сервіс», ПП «Комплексно-виробнича компанія «Ірбіс», ТОВ «Технопропозиція», ТОВ «Теплосервіс-Чернівці», ПП «Газводомірбуд», МПП «Ритм», МП «Енергія 3», ПАТ «Сансервіс», спеціалізоване монтажно-налагоджувальне управління «М’ясомолмонтаж», а також ФОПи Климюк В.І., Колопельний М.С, Мельник В.О., Колотило С.П., Сироїжко В.С.
Дозволи на виконання таких робіт мають також підприємства і підприємці у Вижницькому, Кіцманському, Хотинському, Глибоцькому, Сторожинецькому та інших районах, повідомляє пресслужба міської ради Чернівців.
Згідно п.14 Постанови КМУ №1107 від 26 жовтня 2011 р. «Про затвердження Порядку видачі дозволів на виконання робіт підвищеної небезпеки та на експлуатацію (застосування) машин, механізмів устаткування підвищеної небезпеки» дія дозволів, що видані Держслужбою України з питань праці та її територіальними органами поширюються на всю територію України. Тому здійснювати зазначені роботи у Чернівцях, в тому числі з обслуговування внутрішньобудинкових газових мереж, можуть суб’єкти господарювання інших регіонів України, які отримали відповідні дозвільні документи за місцем державної реєстрації.
Таким чином, у Чернівцях як колективні споживачі – ОСББ, ЖБК, ЖБТ, так і індивідуальні, можуть обрати підприємство чи підприємця, які надаватимуть послуги з технічного обслуговування внутрішньобудинкових газових мереж.
