Понад 174 тис. споживачів газу в Чернівецькій області мають заборгованість, а це майже 75% від їх загальної кількості клієнтів компанії. Загальний борг жителів області за газ становить майже 500 млн. грн. Це на 36,8% більше, ніж за аналогічний період минулого року. Про це повідомляє пресслужба ТОВ «Чернівцігаз збут».
Задля забезпечення безперебійного газопостачання ТОВ «Чернівцігаз збут» закликає вчасно сплачувати за спожитий газ, оскільки боржників компанія зобов’язана передати на відключення. Першим кроком до цього є письмове попередження. Тільки у вересні цього року направлено майже 13 тисяч попереджень. Окрім цього, оформлено майже 3,4 тисячі доручень на відключення на суму 21,5 млн. грн по тих споживачах, які не сплатили заборгованість згідно з поданими попередженнями.
У разі, якщо реакції з боку неплатників немає, за дорученням постачальника на відключення відбувається припинення газопостачання, а справа передається до суду.
За даними компанії, після відключення майже 80% споживачів погашають заборгованість упродовж декількох днів. При цьому для відновлення газопостачання необхідно погасити не тільки заборгованість, а й відшкодувати витрати з припинення та відновлення газопостачання, що коливається від 1000-2500 грн.
«Зараз, після впровадження монетизації субсидії, при відсутності оплат упродовж двох місяців, виплата субсидії припиняється. Компанія передає список таких боржників до органів соцзахисту. При цьому, починаючи з травня 2019 року, на заборгованість з оплати комунальних послуг почали нараховувати пеню. Відповідна графа «Пеня за попередні періоди» міститься у квитанціях і зазначена в ній сума також підлягає оплаті», – розповіла директор ТОВ «Чернівцігаз Збут» Катерина Параска.
На 1 жовтня 2019 року загальний борг побутових споживачів Чернівецької області склав 495,3 млн. грн. Серед найбільших боржників опинилися жителі м. Чернівці, Вижницького, Новоселицького та Сокирянського районів області. Найбільші суми боргу, які значаться за особовими рахунками споживачів, коливаються від 56 до 80 тисяч гривень.
