Під час письмового декларування юнак заявив про наявність у нього чотирьох автомобільних шин та дисків, продуктів харчування та вживаних речей. Однак під час митного догляду у вантажному відсіку автомобіля були виявлені незадекларовані 54 пам’ятні монети, повідомляє ДФС у Львівській області
Зокрема, комплект із 12 пам’ятних монет із зображенням знаків зодіаку, пам’ятні монети Канади, США, Мексики, Великобританії, Нової Зеландії, Фіджі тощо.
Такі дії мають ознаки порушення митних правил, передбаченого ст. 472 Митного кодексу України, оскільки громадянин України не заявив за встановленою формою достовірних відомостей про товари, які підлягають обов’язковому письмовому декларуванню. Товар вилучено, його вартість буде встановлено додатково, справу скерують до суду.
