Дорожньо-транспортна пригода зі смертельним наслідком трапилася 12 жовтня 2019 року близько 22:30 у селі Ступки Тернопільського району. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Тернопільської області.
За попередніми даними, житель Чернівецької області не впорався з керуванням фури, виїхав на смугу зустрічного руху, де зіткнувся з автомобілем «Volkswagen-Transporter». У результаті удару водій мікроавтобуса – 44-річний житель Закарпаття загинув на місці події. Кермувальник вантажівки з травмами потрапив до лікарні.
Відомості про подію внесено до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 2 статті 286 ККУ – порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами, якщо вони спричинили смерть потерпілого. Триває досудове розслідування.
