Зловмисник наніс двом своїм знайомим ножові поранення, внаслідок яких один з них одразу помер. Нападник втік з місця злочину. Однак, вже впродовж 30 хвилин працівники поліції розшукали його.
Учора, 11 жовтня, приблизно о 21:00 поліцію повідомили про конфлікт у кімнаті одного з чернівецьких гуртожитків. Зі слів заявниці, під час інциденту двоє чоловіків отримали тілесні ушкодження. Один з них помер, а зловмисник втік у невідомому напрямку. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
За вказаною адресою негайно виїхали слідчо-оперативні групи обласного управління Нацполіції та Чернівецького відділу поліції.
На місці злочину правоохоронці з’ясували, що троє чоловіків гостювали у своєї знайомої та розпивали алкогольні напої. Коли між гостями виникла суперечка, 70-річний чернівчанин схопив кухонного ножа та поранив ним двох інших гостей, віком 35 і 60 років.
Для старшого з потерпілих отримані тілесні ушкодження виявилися несумісними з життям. У молодшого медики виявили ножові поранення грудей та руки. Його доставили до лікарні для надання допомоги.
Поліцейські оглянули місце злочину, опитали потерпілого та очевидців і встановили прикмети нападника. Слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 115 (Умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України.
За результатами проведених оперативно-розшукових заходів співробітники Чернівецького відділу поліції вже через пів години розшукали й затримали правопорушника в порядку статті 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. Затриманого помістили до ізолятора тимчасового тримання.
Наразі проводиться досудове розслідування, поліцейські з’ясовують усі обставини злочину. Також вирішується питання про відкриття кримінального провадження за фактом нанесення тілесних ушкоджень.
