У Чернівецькій області прикордонники відділу «Красноїльськ» затримали групу осіб, з-поміж семи місцевих мешканців, які, ймовірно, планували переміщення тютюнової контрабанди. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Західного регіонального управління Держприкордонслужби України.
Чоловіків прикордонники затримали учора, 8 жовтня, за 350 метрів від кордону. Молодики якраз долали загороджувальний паркан, шляхом його знищення, а саме обрізанням металевих дротів. При спробі затримати буковинців, ті вдалися до втечі. Довго побігати чоловікам не вдалося, на їх слід вийшов службовий собака, який і допоміг прикордонникам затримати правопорушників.
Варто сказати, що про можливу протиправну діяльність охоронці кордону знали завчасно, а тому виставили додаткові прикордонні наряди. Вочевидь це і дало свій результат.
Наразі затриманих доставили до прикордонного підрозділу для з’ясування всіх обставин правопорушення. Поряд із цим, пошук тютюнових виробів триває.
Однак, за невиконання законних вимог представників Держприкордонслужби та спробу порушення державного кордону, особі притягнено до адміністративної відповідальності за ст. 185-10 та ст. 204 КУпАП.
