До суду скерували обвинувальний акт щодо військовослужбовця Чернівецького прикордонного загону, підозрюваного у заподіянні тяжких тілесних ушкоджень своєму начальнику.
Як повідомляється на офіційному сайті ДБР, у відповідь на зауваження свого начальника, військовослужбовець завдав йому удар ножем у спину. У результаті удару потерпілому пошкоджено селезінку.
Відповідно до висновків судово-медичної експертизи завдані тілесні ушкодження є тяжкими.
Заподіяння тяжких тілесних ушкоджень начальнику у зв’язку з виконанням ним обов’язків з військової служби, вчинене в умовах особливого періоду, крім воєнного стану (ч. 3 ст. 405 Кримінального Кодексу України).
У разі доведення вини, військовослужбовцю загрожує покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від п’яти до восьми років.
