Чернівецька поліція відкрила кримінальне провадження щодо перешкоджання професійній діяльності журналістці “Чернівці.Онлайн” Галині Єреміці – про це свідчить витяг з Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань, який сьогодні в поліції отримала журналістка.
Кримінальне провадження за номером 12018260020001222 зареєстроване 4.10.2018., правова кваліфікація – ч. 1 ст. 171 Кримінального Кодексу України (Незаконне вилучення зібраних, опрацьованих, підготовлених журналістом матеріалів і технічних засобів, якими він користується у зв’язку із своєю професійною діяльністю, незаконна відмова у доступі журналіста до інформації, незаконна заборона висвітлення окремих тем, показу окремих осіб, критики суб’єкта владних повноважень, а так само будь-яке інше умисне перешкоджання здійсненню журналістом законної професійної діяльності – карається штрафом до п’ятдесяти неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або арештом на строк до шести місяців, або обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років).
Наразі вже призначено слідчого, який розслідуватиме справу. На 8 жовтня призначено допит журналістки “Чернівці.Онлайн” Галини Єреміци у якості потерпілої.
Нагадаємо, 3 жовтня 2018 року журналістці “Чернівці.Онлайн” Галині Єреміці заборонили вести відеозйомку зустрічі жителів Великокучурівської ОТГ щодо проблем електропостачання у громаді з керівництвом АТ «Чернівціобленерго».
Відтак, журналістка викликала поліцію і написала заяву про перешкоджання професійній журналістській діяльності
Під час прийому громадян керівник підприємства-монополіста Сергій Таранюк категорично заборонив журналістці проводити відеозйомку цієї публічної зустрічі публічних осіб з жителями громади, хоча інформація, яка мала обговорюватись на зустрічі, становить суспільний інтерес.
«Посадова особа, керівник підприємства-монополіста, на робочому місці не мала права перешкоджати журналістці відезйомку даної зустрічі, бо це суспільно значима інформація», – роз’яснив медіа-юрист Олександр Тарасов, коментуючи дану ситуацію.
За даними Інституту Масової Інформації (ІМІ), від початку 2018 року у Чернівецькій області зафіксовано 3 випадки порушення прав журналістів (перешкоджання професійній діяльності).
Зокрема, по одному випадку в лютому, липні та серпні. Випадок журналістки “Чернівці.Онлайн” Галини Єреміци став четвертим у цьому році.
