Служба безпеки України викрила постачальника психотропних речовин та наркотичних засобів до виправної колонії в Чернівецькій області.
Оперативники спецслужби встановили, що охоронець однієї з виправних колоній Буковини налагодив постачання наркотиків ув’язненим. Правоохоронці задокументували протиправні дії зловмисника та затримали його “на гарячому” за межами території колонії, яку він самовільно залишив під час робочої зміни. Про це повідомляє пресслужба СБУ України.
Затриманому повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні злочину за ч. 1 та ч. 2 ст. 307 (незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення, пересилання чи збут наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів) Кримінального кодексу України. Вирішується питання щодо обрання йому міри запобіжного заходу.
Операція з викриття зловмисника проводилась спільно зі слідчими Теруправління ДБР, розташованого у м. Хмельницький.
