Сьогодні, 4 жовтня 2018 року, у Мармуровій залі Чернівецького національного університету імені Юрія Федьковича відбулись урочистості з нагоди 143-річниці з дня заснування навчального закладу.
У заході взяли участь викладачі та науковці. Крім того, були запрошені представники наукової спільноти з України та з-за кордону.
Розпочалися урочистості з виконання студентського гімну, а одразу після того хвилиною мовчання пом’янули уже покійних викладачів ЧНУ.
За словами ректора університету Степана Мельничука, ЧНУ справно і успішно виконує свої функції і реалізовує свою місію.
“Сьогодні в університеті навчається понад 15 тисяч студентів. Навчальний процес забезпечує на штатній основі 155 докторів наук, 746 кандидатів наук. Всього працює 1148 викладачів, 78% з яких мають наукові ступені” – зазначив Степан Васильович.
