У липні поточного року 29-річний обвинувачений, під час перетину кордону на рейсовому автобусі до Республіки Молдова через митний пост «Кельменці» Чернівецької митниці ДФС України, незаконно, без спеціального дозволу уповноваженого органу, намагався перевезти за кордон рентгенометр моделі ДП-5В та прилад денного спостереження для бронетанкової техніки «БМО-190В», які використовуються у військовій сфері. Про це повідомила пресслужба Прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Заборонені прилади виявили та вилучили працівники митниці під час огляду ручної поклажі правопорушника.
Досудове розслідування вказаного кримінального провадження, яке здійснювали співробітники Служба безпеки України в області, завершено.
Обвинувальний акт скеровано до суду для розгляду по суті.
