До Кельменецького відділу поліції із заявою звернувся 61-річний житель села Вороновиця Кельменецького району Чернівецької області та повідомив, що, перебуваючи біля місцевого магазину, раптом став почуватися зле. Коли стан чоловіка покращився, він помітив відсутність мобільного телефона, наручного годинника та напоясної сумки. Про це повідомила пресслужба Національної поліції Чернівецької області.
За вказаним фактом слідчі одразу внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за правовою кваліфікацією частини 1 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України.
Під час досудового розслідування та проведення оперативно-розшукових заходів, працівники сектору кримінальної поліції Кельменецького відділу поліції встановили зловмисника, який скоїв крадіжку.
Ним виявився 46-річний раніше судимий місцевий житель. У чоловіка вилучили викрадені речі заявника. Наразі слідчі оголосили правопорушнику про підозру у скоєнні вказаного злочину. Матеріали кримінального провадження з обвинувальним актом направили до суду.
