«Велопарад дівчат у стилі “Cycle Chic” – це захід, що робить акцент на «нормальній» велосипедній їзді – люди у повсякденному одязі на звичайних велосипедах на противагу велосипедному спорту, який сформував та укорінив сприйняття велосипедної їзди як такої, що існує для небагатьох і потребує спортивного одягу та «екіпірування».Це всесвітній рух, покликаний переосмислити велосипед як засіб пересування, ефективний, практичний і такий, що полегшує наше життя», – кажуть організатори велопараду.
