Сьогодні, 21 вересня, офіційно опубліковано закон про відтермінування штрафів за використання авто на іноземній реєстрації. З 22 вересня по 31 грудня штрафи за використання “євроблях” відтерміновуються.
Закон 73-IX про відтермінування штрафів за використання авто на іноземній реєстрації був прийнятий Верховною Радою 12 вересня 2019 року. Законопроект 1030 передбачав відтермінування штрафів на 90 днів – до 22 листопада 2019 року. Але в кінцевій редакції передбачено відтермінування до 31 грудня 2019 року.
Закон вже офіційно опублікований в виданні “Голос України”. Згідно документу закон набирає чинності з дня, наступного за днем його опублікування. Тобто з 22 вересня 2019 року.
